Pillow covers are the hardest working tool in your decorating arsenal. A well placed pillow can ‘pouf!’ give your room a whole new color palette. Not to mention they’re functional, relatively inexpensive compared to most other pieces in your living room or bedroom, and they’re easy to find. But did you know you can order a pillow cover in any of our fabrics? Because of that, it’s simple to get that perfectly coordinated collection of pillows in your home — the ones you usually only see in designer spaces. We’ve pulled together some full-proof combinations to help you get a designer look using our custom pillows in some of our beloved fabrics.
Whimsical Neutrals (Above)
Whoever says neutrals are boring hasn’t seen our collection of neutral fabrics! Is there anything more fun than our Nairobi print? We let this fabric inspire this sofa look, pairing it with our Keaton Stripe on the Blair Bench and our Harper Earth fabric. With Suzanne Kasler’s Egg Art, all of the pieces come together for pretty corner of a living room, an entry, or even a bedroom.
We’re digging pick this year, so we thought we’d show how to coordinate fabrics with Suzanne Kasler’s 13oz Linen in Blush which we used on the Blair Bench. We used 2 22″ pillow covers in Keira Apricot, a 12×20″ pillow cover in our Everyday Linen Apricot, and we complete the look with Suzanne Kasler’s Whisper Abstract art prints.
Blue and white is a classic color combination, but we also love blues paired with flax colors. Here, we upholstered our Blair Bench in Danish Linen Natural, then topped off the loveseat with 2 22″ pillows in Charlotte Blue and a 12×20″ pillow in Everyday Linen Light Blue. For artwork, we used our Birdland No. 3 Giclée.
