Fall 2015 Pillow Collections

Fall-inspired pillows with spice colors and citron greens

Pillow covers are the hardest working tool in your decorating arsenal. A well placed pillow can ‘pouf!’ give your room a whole new color palette. Not to mention they’re functional, relatively inexpensive compared to most other pieces in your living room or bedroom, and they’re easy to find. But did you know you can order a pillow cover in any of our fabrics? Because of that, it’s simple to get that perfectly coordinate collection of pillows in your home — the ones you usually only see in designer spaces. We’ve pulled together some of our favorite fabrics to help you get a designer look using our custom pillows in some of our beloved fabrics.

Traditional with a Twist

We took traditional patterns like plaid and a Jacobean floral and reinterpreted them in a fresh color palette. A yellow-green linen picks up the small stripe in our Brooks Gray plaid and the warm marigolds and citrons in our Rayna floral fabric. To top it all off, we hung our Sunrise Floral Art to bring out all of the colors in our pillow collection.

On this sofa (from outside to inside): Emerson Sofa fabric in Off-White Twill, 22″ pillows in Brooks Gray, 20″ pillows in Rayna Coral, and a 12 x 20″ pillow in Danish Linen Leaf.

Earthy olive pillow fabrics for Fall

Earthy Olive

The rich, earthy green colors from our Southern Oaks painting served as inspiration for this pillow collection. The natural textures in Suzanne Kasler’s linens mixed beautifully with the botanical inspired patterns of Avery Olive, Gillian Olive, and Suzanne Kasler’s Flax and Blanc Small Stripe Linen.

Navy pillows with animal print

Walk on the Wild Side

We’ve said it before, we think leopard is a neutral, and it’s always fun to show you how to break the rules by pairing our Safari Brown fabric with a floral print like our Courtney Peacock. We tempered the whole look by anchoring the pillows with a deep, teal velvet. To top it all off, we chose our Afternoon Sun art which pulls out the rich blues and also has a touch of brown and tan!

On this sofa (from outside to inside): Emerson Sofa fabric in Danish Linen Oatmeal, 22″ pillows in Queens Velvet Teal, 20″ pillows in Courtney Peacock, and a 12 x 20″ pillow in Safari Brown.

I need help with color. My house interior is a soft yellow with natural oak floors. I want to paint my living room and dinning room a warm neutral that will flow nicely from the yellow throughout my house. Presently these 2 rooms walks are painted warm cinnamon color. I love the color but really want an updated look. The paint color whitewashed Lancaster by Benjamin Moore was recommended by a decorator to lighten these 2 rooms. I’m fearful that this color will be too light. Can you give me some suggestions the rug in the dinning room has a black ground with reds, cream, greenblue. The furniture is cherry
